Chloe's Birthday Party Saturday afternoon

Leave it to Kim and aunt Lyn to be right in the middle of the fun at Chloe's birthday party... Sooooo cute...
The bouncer was fun too...

Here's Grandma Lolly with Maureen looking on...

Yes... That's Uncle Randy and Auntie Judeee posing with little Chloe while she eats her barbie doll birthday cake her grandma Dee made... As you can tell it's ummmmmmmm good...

As you can see Uncle Rob took a time out to pose with Anna, Aidan and Brenna... The three Muskateers... and we all say one more time Thank You to Michael & Christy for letting their home be the host home... With the huge house and huge back yard absolutely made for these functions it is wonderful to have them as gracious hosts... And of course to have such a wonderful little Ashley to give the first birthday party for her little girl... She did a great job and Chloe will look back on this one day and love what her mommy did for her... Happy Birthday Chloe and congrats Ashley for being a responsible, loving mommy... That's the kind God makes!

EASTER VACATION WITH MAUREEN, BLAKE and BRENNA

A quick stop at Bakers Tacos in Beaumont was necessary... and then of course off to grandmothers chiropractor... then yes... that is Maureen driving in the church parking lot for the first time... after a few rounds we went on to the street and around the corner using the signals and stopping at the stop sign... She really is pretty good....
We climbed into our PJs and took off to auntie Lyn's for tea and toast before bed... Maureen drove us all the way home from auntie Lyn's and she really did a good job.... After all in May she will be 15 and getting her permit.... Yipeeeeee! Then comes the pick up she has picked out.... Hummmmmmm if only life could go as we plan it out... After we got home we noticed the full moon suddenly was covered by scattered clouds and it looked so cool Brenna insisted we take a picture to remember this night... Next morning was breakfast at Lily's restaurant... Our favorite! French toast and sausage and then off to the mall... Each of the kids had Easter money to spend and so Blake got his x box game and Maureen got her nails done... black tips... soooo cool... and Brenna looked for high heel shoes all over the mall.... after exhausting ourselves she decided to just hold on to her money.... we met up with auntie Lyn and grandma Lolly at the mall and got some yummy licorice... then to Wendy's we already ate of course but grandma Lolly wanted some "chili".... and we all had to have frosty's... Grandma Lolly shared some things about when she was a little girl... and her horse named "Midget"... Truly time well spent...

On the Road again... Swishhhhhhh

Last night was great at Brenna's ballet... After sleeping in we took off on a ride... Bob and Kim came along on their bike and this Saturday was perfect for a nice ride to Palm Springs...

We took back roads and saw some different things... The beautiful snow capped mountains and the mules and Clydesdale horse just out in a pasture... We enjoyed burgers at Rubys right on the main boulevard and then we had fun site seeing the old movie star home area from the sixties... And this cool oldie T-Bird...

Brenna's Ballet Recital 2006

Yes, there's our precious little Ballerina, Brenna Paige... The star of the show of course... Done at the performing arts center this was truly a night to remember... She was in two different perfomances... Here she is a lovely fairy princess among others... The younger and older ballerina's joined her during these shows... Her family on both sides were present to see her debut... After she received lots... and lots... of flowers and congrats!

My Bloomin' Flowers

Jay Marcus takes care of the church and parsonage grounds... He really cares about the flowers and bushes and trees and grass and the whole look... He transplanted some lovely iris in the front of our house and Mike Blakeley gave us a pretty rose bush... They are blooming... I love them... So I am sharing... Can't you smell the lovely fragrance?

To our little Caleb

Caleb got upset because we have not sent him any video clips... Tamra has kept us up with lots and lots of pictures and clips... It has been great... But Caleb says "No more, until I get some"... So since we can't do video clips on our blogger I will just share some pics of the clips we sent... Our Tea Party.... and then of course Brenna and Blake will appreciate Our Flying Pillows.... Both are hits!

After Conference... It's time to hit Hollywood!

Oh the sites to see on Hollywood blvd... Yikes!
Mann's Chinese Theatre was having a premire... How exciting... Red carpet and everything...
The Hollywood walk of fame... My Trinidadians had fun finding their favorite stars...

And then it's off to Beverly Hills and Rodeo Dr......
OOO-lala....

Then came the time for our Trinidadian family to say good bye to Los Angeles and for us to have to say our good-byes as well.... But don't weep for us as we plan on seeing them in Trinidad in July... Praise God! Until then... tata...

PAGA ORDINATION NIGHT 2006

This was a marvelous night! Like the night I myself was ordained or my husband... Tonight Rev. Starland Davis Senior preached... What a message... Time is of the essence... We all share the same heart... Many are called but few are chosen... So many simply do not fulfill the call of God on their life... PREACHERS have been called to PREACH THE GOSPEL.... So do it! We only have a little time... Now is that acceptable time! Debbie Pryor was ordained years ago but this was the night she actually received the laying on of hands and the ceremony... Along with so many this night.... At the end of the service Bro. Victor Gill had asked to have hands layed on him by Dr Anderson and to receive his blessings... Dad made him wait until the last night... and so now was the time... Bro Gill said he had NEVER felt anything like he did that night... Usually giving out Bro. Gill actually received... and was floored by the Lord.... An annointing was so present in the altars... A true refreshing! Soon others had joined in and were lining up to have Dr. Anderson lay hands on them... It was awesome and God gave him strength... It was a great service... Sorry if you missed it.... especially you grandchildren and great grands... it was something you don't get to witness or feel allot... Not with your grandfather Anderson.... We must not take these times for granted... They are more precious than gold!
